Hailey & Co. reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with the above policies. All returns are subject to inspection and approval upon receipt. The company is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during return shipping. By initiating a return, you agree to these terms and confirm that the returned items are unused, unworn, and in their original condition. This policy is governed by the laws of Guyana, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable laws

REFUND POLICY 

**Hailey & Co. Return Policy**

At Hailey & Co., we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

**Return Details:**
- Items must be unused, unworn, and with original tags attached.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@shophaileyandco.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Please include your order number and reason for the return in your request.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

**Refunds:**
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

**Exchanges:**
- For exchanges, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item if needed.

**Note:** Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
